I work with people who want to feel strong, fit, and confident again, but have been held back by pain, recurring injuries, or repeated setbacks.

Having dealt with a long list of injuries myself, I know first hand how feeling physically held back can affect your mental health. That experience shapes how I coach.

My approach is simple and realistic. Training is built around where you’re at right now, with a focus on building strength and fitness steadily, without pushing through pain, following fads, or chasing quick fixes.

If you want to get back to doing the things you enjoy, whether that’s sport, outdoor adventures, playing with your kids, or simply staying active long-term - this approach is likely a good fit.
